How to Apply
All new students hoping to attend AACMS must complete and submit a New Student Application as part of the admissions process.  Completed applications can be returned to AACMS in any of the following ways:

  • By email: as an attachment.
  • By fax: (610) 351-0307
  • By US mail: Arts Academy Charter Middle School, ATTN: Registrar, 1610 E Emmaus Ave., Allentown, PA 18103
  • In person: Drop off at the AACMS Main Office during normal business hours.  

AACMS is currently accepting applications for select grade levels and arts disciplines for the 2018-19 school year.  To apply, please download, complete and return the New Student Application below.  Please contact the AACMS Registrar at if you have any questions regarding the application or admissions process. 

Applications for the 2019-2020 academic year will be available in December 2018.

Required Documentation

In addition to submiting a completed and signed application, all applicants must submit the following documentation prior to scheduling an Interview:

  • Proof of Residency
  • A opy of the student's irth certificate
  • A copy of the student's most recent report card from their current school

  • If your student has more than one residence, proof of residency must be submitted for both addresses.
