Required Documentation

A completed, signed application, along with a copy of each of the following documentation is required in order to schedule an interview.

  • Copy of mortgage or utility bill
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of most recent report card
  • Due to weather conditions, the final interview date for the 2017 – 2018 school year has been rescheduled for Saturday, April 1, 2017.  There is now still time to submit a completed application packet to schedule an interview.  Any application (with required documents) received by March 24, 2017 will be scheduled for an interview. 

    You can fax your application to 610-351-0307,  email to registrar@arts-cs.org (please submit as an attachment only) or mail to us post dated March 24th.

    New student acceptance letters will be mailed April 7th.
