AACMS Fundraising

Arts Academy Charter Middle School hosts several fundraising events each school year.  Current school-wide and department fundraisers are listed below.  Arts Academy Charter Middle School is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

  • SaveAround Coupon Books


    Arts Academy Charter Middle School is sponsoring a SaveAround sale to raise funds for the purchase a new sign for the front of the building. SaveAround is a coupon book that offers hundreds of unique discounts and offers. You will find that the book pays for itself after using it just two or three uses; you make your money back and more!!


    Here’s how the SaveAround Coupon Book Sale will work at AACMS:


    Sale Begins Friday, September 21, 2018
    Each AACMS student will receive a sample copy of the SaveAround Lehigh Valley coupon book and an order envelope during homeroom on Friday, September 21. You can begin selling coupon books to friends, family and co-workers right away! Don’t forget, students earn a FREE BOOK for every five books sold. (The free book will be included with your delivery after the sale.)



    Coupon books cost $25 each, and AACMS earns 50% of each sale.



    Sell Books from September 21 through October 15
    Use your sample copy to sell books to friends, family and coworkers. Students should NOT sell books door-to-door. Books can be purchased and delivered in one of three ways:


    • Buy in Person & Delivered by Seller: The student/family records the necessary information on the order form and places payment for each order in the envelope provided. Orders are prepared by AACMS volunteers and sent home with students by Friday, November 2.

    • Buy In Person – Delivered by Mail: The student/family records the necessary information on the order form and places payment for each order in the envelope provided. Orders are prepared by SaveAround and delivered to the address provided after the close of the sale. Please include an additional $5.00 shipping fee per delivery address.

    Please make all checks payable to AACMS with “SaveAround” in the memo line.


    • Buy Online – Deliver by Mail: Friends and family anywhere in the USA can buy their local edition of the SaveAround coupon book and still support the AACMS fundraiser. Online orders can be placed via the AACMS website or by visiting our SaveAround Sale Page.

     

    BUY A SAVEAROUND COUPON BOOK ONLINE

     

    Orders Due Monday, October 15, 2018
    Order forms, payment (placed in the envelope provided) and sample books must be returned to your student’s homeroom teacher by Monday, October 15. AACMS volunteers and SaveAround will process orders, and coupon books will be available for delivery by Friday, November 2.


    Orders Delivered by Friday, November 2
    Orders will be sent home with students unless other delivery arrangements have been made.


    ALL SAMPLE COUPON BOOKS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE SCHOOL BY MONDAY, OCTOBER 15. If you collect orders, the total number of books ordered (and any free books you have earned) will be returned to you by Friday, November 2. Please DO NOT keep the sample copy.
