    Please print your order form complete in full and submit to the Main Office by the 15th of each month.  Please submit payment online at SchoolCafé or vis the SchoolCafé app, available for iPhone and Android.  Application for Free and Reduced Meals are also accepted through SchoolCafé.

    The Nutrition Website offers access to important nutrition facts as well as information for students with food allergies and/or dietary restrictions.

    • Call “1.866.3Hungry” or “1.877.8Hambre” to find the place and time of free meals.
    • Log onto the USDA website for locations and times where free meals are to be served.
    • Text “FOOD” or “COMIDA” to “877877” to find out the nearest SFSP site near your location.
    • Log onto an app used to locate places and times where free meals are served.
2019 -2020 Lunch Procedures & Application

Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
