Guidance
Guidance services are available for every student at AACMS. These services include assistance with educational planning, interpretation of test scores, career information, study help, help with home, school, and/or social concerns, attendance problems, emotional concerns emotional support, or any question the student may feel he/she need to discuss with the counselor. Counseling opportunities are available to all students by appointment.

All AACMS students will be taking the PSSAs April 22nd–May 10th, 2024.

ELA PSSAs (All School): April 22–24
Math PSSAs (All School): April 29–30
Science PSSAs (8th Grade Only): May 1–2
PSSA Makeups: April 25–26 (ELA Makeups), April 30–May 10 (Math & Science Makeups)

Suicide Prevention Policy
The Arts Academy Charter Middle School is committed to protecting the health, safety and welfare of its students and school community. This policy supports federal, state and local efforts to provide education on youth suicide awareness and prevention; establish methods of prevention, intervention, and response to suicide or suicide attempts; and to promote access to suicide awareness and prevention resources.
